GREEN BAY BOTANICAL GARDEN 26TH ANNUAL GARDEN FAIR
JUNE 4-6
A traditional favorite, the Garden Fair features over 100 vendors of garden plants, landscaping ideas, accessories, gardening demonstrations and presentations, music and food.
Hours:
Friday · 5:30-8:30 pm
Saturday · 9 am to 4 pm
Sunday · 9 am to 3 pm
Admission:
Adults (age 13 and above) - $7
Children ages 5 through 12 - $2
Children age 4 and under – Free
PARADES:
We may be coming to your town! We do our best to participate in every parade event held in any community within approximately 1 hour driving distance from Apple Valley. Our goal is to make each float unique and different from any previous float, using whatever combination of smaller trees (height is of course a concern with overhead power lines! ), shrubs and perennials. The dates of many special events often overlap so we try to prioritize based on time and location and our landscape division scheduling.

AMISH WAGON RIDES
Are you looking for something different and exciting to do? Come join us on Saturdays beginning in September (start date to be determined) on wagon rides given by local Amish folks! The wagon rides will tour our farm over our rolling farm fields, through our woods and around several ponds, all while either Kim or Roy, or Roy's dad, Bob Brodhagen, provides you with our farm history and points out interesting facts (the glacial geology on our farm is fascinating!) on our nature trails. Wagon Rides were extremely popular in 2009, so Reservations are advised.
